Is the design mockup for the neon sign free?
Yes, we provide a complimentary design service to all our customers, which includes one or more designs for your approval without any additional costs.
If you decide to change or cancel your order after making a payment but before production begins, we offer either a partial or full refund. However, once a custom sign order has been approved and entered into production, we are unable to offer a refund.
How realistic will the mockup be?
Our image generator produces highly realistic mockups of neon lights for names, words, and quotes. You have the flexibility to select a background, choose your preferred color and font style, and even save and share the design with friends for further edits.
For logos, artwork, monograms, UV prints, animated signs, or other specialized signage needs, our in-house designers will use your specifications to craft a detailed mockup. This includes sizing, backboard shape, additional features, and any other pertinent details or diagrams.

Your designer will send the design proof directly to your email, along with a quote. This proof will include one or more styles, your selected font, colors, text, and a UV print background if requested, along with any other details you specified.
