All of our neon light signs are custom designed by us, and can be altered to your specifications, size and colors. We can make any neon sign you want, in any fonts and a wide selection of colors.
Your new LED neon comes with a 4.9 ft transparent cord which plugs into a certified adapter (if you need an adapter for another country, ask when checking out). The adapter has an additional 3-6 ft of cable that plugs into the socket.
Standard orders take 2-3 weeks*, including production and shipping.'Rush' orders are currently not available, but if your sign is urgent please let us know the date you need it.
Our LED Neon signs are mounted on high quality, clear acrylic backboards, stands or boxes. Backboards feature pre-drilled holes for easy wall mounting, and are ready for mounting, right out of the box.
We offer the latest LED neon flex technology which is both stronger & lighter than glass neon. All of our signs come with a 24-month manufacturer warranty covering faulty items.

What does ENEFY's design service include?
ENEFY is pleased to provide a complimentary design service that includes one or more designs for your approval at no extra cost. If you decide to change or cancel your order before production starts, we offer both partial and full refunds. However, once a custom sign order is approved and enters production, refunds are not available. Please be aware that selecting "YES" when ordering automatically approves a custom sign.

What color options are available for ENEFY's neon light signs?
ENEFY offers a selection of 18 vibrant colors for your neon light signs. Eight of these colors appear white when the sign is off and glow in color when turned on. The other ten colors feature a colored tube, ensuring the sign displays its hue even when powered off.
What are the size options for ENEFY's custom neon signs?
ENEFY offers LED Neon in thicknesses of 8/9/10mm. For non-cursive fonts, the minimum letter height is 3-4 inches, and for cursive fonts, it's 4-5 inches. If you need a sign larger than 7 feet 8 inches by 3 feet 11 inches, we'll construct it using two or more backboards. This approach not only ensures safer shipping but also helps us provide you with the best possible pricing.
What backboard options are available for ENEFY's custom neon signs?
ENEFY's neon signs are mounted on a clear, acrylic backboard with two standard options available at no extra charge:
- Script/Cursive Fonts: For a sleek appearance, we recommend the contoured acrylic backing that follows the shape of the script.
- Simple/Block Fonts: A rectangular acrylic backing is suggested to complement the straightforward style of block fonts.
Additionally, we provide a cut-to-letter backboard option, along with acrylic stands and boxes, priced as indicated on our tool. Backboard choices include clear, black, white, colored, mirrored, glitter, and more. For backboards not listed, please contact us for a personalized quote.
